Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Elevate Decor by Sam. By engaging our services or accepting a quotation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms.
Elevate Decor by Sam is a balloon decoration hire company based in London. We provide professional balloon installation, design, and hire services for events of all types across London and the surrounding areas.
By booking our services, paying a deposit or invoice, or otherwise confirming a booking with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.
All balloon decor, props, frames, stands, and equipment provided by Elevate Decor by Sam remain the property of the company at all times and are supplied on a hire basis only unless otherwise stated in writing. No hired item shall be deemed sold or transferred to the client under any circumstances unless a separate written agreement confirming the sale has been issued by the company. The client does not acquire any ownership rights over any of the hired items at any point during or after the hire period.
All bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit as specified in your quotation. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All quotations provided by Elevate Decor by Sam are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Quotations are subject to change based on availability, updated requirements, or changes to the scope of work requested. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to the event.
Our team will arrive at the agreed time and location to carry out the installation of all balloon decorations. The client must ensure that appropriate access to the venue is provided at the agreed time. Any delays caused by restricted access, unavailability of the venue, or changes to setup requirements that were not communicated in advance may result in additional charges.
Collection of hired items will take place at the agreed time communicated prior to the event. The client must ensure that access is available for collection at the scheduled time. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the venue and any relevant third parties of the agreed collection time to ensure smooth and timely access for our team.
If the collection cannot be completed at the agreed time due to the venue or client, a late collection fee may apply. Additional waiting time may be charged at 30 pounds per hour. Elevate Decor by Sam reserves the right to invoice the client for any time spent waiting beyond the agreed collection window. Where our team is required to return to the venue on a separate occasion due to the client or venue not being available, an additional call-out charge may also apply.
The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of hired items from the time of setup until collection. Replacement or repair costs will be charged accordingly. This includes but is not limited to damage caused by guests, venue staff, weather conditions where the client or venue has assumed responsibility for the items, or failure to safeguard the items during the hire period. The client will be invoiced for the full replacement or repair cost of any affected items, which will be due within 14 days of the invoice being issued.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:
By accepting the quotation or paying the invoice, the client agrees to these terms and conditions and accepts responsibility for any additional charges incurred due to delays, damages, or failure to provide access for collection. The client also agrees that any additional charges arising from changes to the original booking, extended hire periods, or damage and loss will be invoiced separately and are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
Elevate Decor by Sam takes every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of all installations. However, we shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our liability in all circumstances is limited to the value of the services provided.
Please note that balloon decorations are not suitable for children under the age of 8 without adult supervision. Latex balloons may present a choking hazard. It is the responsibility of the client and supervising adults to ensure the safety of children in the vicinity of balloon decorations.
Elevate Decor by Sam shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, civil unrest, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions. In such circumstances, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and endeavour to reschedule your booking.
All designs, photographs, and creative content produced by Elevate Decor by Sam remain the intellectual property of the company. We reserve the right to photograph completed installations for use in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests in writing prior to the event that no photographs be taken.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
