Yes, the delivery, setup, and take-down are all different services, and we charge separately for them. The cost is calculated based on the venue’s location, arrangement size, and collection timings.

We recommend reserving our services 2 to 3 weeks prior to the main event to ensure enough time to design and deliver custom layouts according to your preferences.

Yes, we thoroughly discuss the details with the client to understand their requirements and provide them with the best balloon colours and décor styles to match their event’s theme.

If the collection of the provided arrangements can’t be completed within the agreed time, a late collection fee of £30 per hour can be applied.
